Had extremely comfy bed, central heating, a refrigerator, and a seating area for our needs. Had a tub. Its location was indeed brilliant and phenomenal, especialyly in areas of exposed brickwork. Staff were helpful and the facilities were fabulous.

Very attentive owners, answering immediately. Wonderful central yet very quiet location, few steps from vaporetto stop, short walk to train/bus station and main attractions. The flat is quite spacious, very clean and nicely renovated with beautiful old ceilings; there are 2 fully equipped bathrooms.
Felt so much at home, no complains at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city center and directly next to the canal. The exposed brickwork added a rustic charm and truly took me back in time. The hotel facilities were excellent - there were 2 newly remodeled bathrooms and a spacious room that comfortably accommodated 3 people. The cleanliness was spot on, and the staff was caring and available whenever I needed them. The instructions for check-in were clear and the hosts even left a bottle of prosecco and cookies to welcome me. this hotel provided a cozy and convenient stay in a beautiful location.
Nothing, all excellent.

The room at Ca Dode Grand Canal was absolutely delightful! It had everything I needed and more. The air conditioning kept me cool during the warm Venetian nights, while the private bathroom with a bidet and shower was a luxurious touch. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and stovetop - it made me feel like a true chef! Plus, the fact that there was a washing machine was a major bonus. the room was cozy, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a fantastic stay.
I personally didn't enjoy the fact that all the units at Ca Dode Grand Canal are air-conditioned. It made the atmosphere a bit too dry for my liking.

The location was mind-blowing, with easy access to water buses and a small supermarket. The area was super quiet and peaceful. The hosts had curated the furnishings to create a jaw-droppingly cosy atmosphere. Their quick replies and excellent instructions for check-in were a huge plus. The property itself was clean and had two stunning bathrooms. The well-equipped kitchen, including a gas hob and washing machine, was a pleasant surprise. The presence of two AC units in both the bedroom and living room was ideal. The free wi-fi, car park, electric kettle, and cookware/kitchen utensils provided added convenience. The express check-in/-out made the whole process seamless. Plus, it was great that pets were allowed and there was no smoking on-site. our stay was simply amazing.

The location was absolutely superb, just a stone's throw away from the vaporetto stop. The apartment was incredibly peaceful, and the refurbishment was stunning with a touch of romance. The wooden ceiling added charm, and having a bath within the room was a delightful surprise. On top of that, there were not one, but two additional bathrooms with showers. The basic kitchenette had everything we needed, and the area was filled with fantastic small restaurants, away from the tourist crowds. Though we didn't meet the host, they were kind and helpful, promptly resolving any issues we had, like when the electricity went off. The spaciousness of the place offered excellent value for money. The rustic setting and exposed beams took us back in time, making the stay truly memorable.

Wow, the city views from my room were stunning! And the free WiFi was a nice touch - I could post all my fancy Venice pictures online.
Oh, what's that? No toiletries or soap provided?
